1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or ordering software products created and managed by BUBBLINGOPINION, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our website or services.

2. Service Scope & Custom Contracts

BUBBLINGOPINION acts as a custom engineering shop. When you contract us to develop a mobile application, dynamic CRM webapp, or Shopify Liquid template setup, the specific project timelines, milestones, intellectual property transfers, and warranties are governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Prohibited Usage:

• Reverse engineering or extracting internal source codes from our proprietary products.
• Redistributing customized software instances without explicit licensing permissions.
• Subjecting our API server endpoints to unauthorized load spikes.

3. Proprietary Products License

For our SaaS products (such as Envoicia or Chatsy), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform interfaces. Product access is subject to payment schedule compliance.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

All proprietary products and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. BUBBLINGOPINION does not guarantee that services will operate without interruption or error.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes related to these terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
